The surrounding is an exposure to catch diseases of all kind. Men’s bathroom floor was sticky with urines, no wipes to wipe machines. So he went and get the stinky trash bag full of trash from the near by trash can and brought, it wasn’t pleasant. The clean team manager noticed he needed a trash bag or trash can to clean up the area. It was funny because the broom and dust pan were useless. The team member came with dust pan and broom to clean up bulky trash. About 2 min later the clean team manager showed with no apology and told us that someone on the way to clean our area. She assure us that she will called the clean team manager and make sure our area is clean. But this attendant kinder shows more concerned to the extent and called his manager, slot manager to come out and talk to us.

I saw another attendant and asked for him to called a supervisor or manager and he went through his walkie-talkie, blah blah blah. After over an hour no supervisor or manager shows up. The attendant called and request for someone to come to our area which he gave the number of our slot machines.

Additionally, I called on one of the slot attendant and asked to speak to supervisor or manager. To our surprise, they both turn way quick and walk away. The next day, about 9am, we saw 2 of the clean team members walking passed our slots and I called on them to asked if someone will clean around that area. We didn’t see any of the housekeeping or clean team came around ones. Awfully, the slots machine we’re playing, the area where so filthy it was horrific. Me and wife went to the casino on Sunday night11th of December 2022 about 9:30pm and stay playing slot machines till the next day.
